No, it's not a TOTSO actually, although it looks like one. The through lanes carry the A6, so you don't have to turn off to stay on the number. The N50 merges from the left, which is rather uncommon in the Netherlands.

edit: Aerial of the situation. A6 comes from the west and goes north, N50 comes from the south and is a super-two.

So when you come from the north it's a TOTSO (because you have to turn right to stay on the A6), but when you come from the south (west in the picture) it's just like the road ends, so it's not a TOTSO. You have to turn off there anyway

So, will this ever be rebuild?

Google Earth imagery of this interchange is outdated. There are now 2 through lanes following A6, and one left exit to N50 from the north. The two lanes from the west just go north via a huge bend.

Considering the low-to-moderate traffic volumes (in the 40,000 range), there's no need to rebuild this interchange. They should rebuild the Joure roundabout instead.

Your motorway look nice (especially this A-7), but I have a one question. Don't you fence motorways in NL?

Fance? As in "fancy" or "fence"? We usually only have fences in areas with wildlife, and ditches otherwise.

Not direct onto the A9, but next to it. Pretty bad though.

Looks like it wasn't that serious after all, about 50 people left the plane on their own, don't know what about the rest though.

One dead from what I've heard. The pilot managed to avoid the A9, if he hadn't there would probably had been a lot more deaths.

The airplane crashed just 300 meters off Interchange Rottepolderplein.

Right now, there are lanes closed on the A13 and A4 between Rotterdam and Schiphol for emergency services.

Again it has been proven that the Dutch have a very weird opinion about what is beautiful art and what isn't

the Dutch or government employees? I doubt if you can find much Dutchmen who like this "art". It's just another example of wasting money down the drain.

Location of the plane crash:

A9 here is in fact the A200. The A9 is between the crash site and the runway.

I thought it was more to the north, not so close to the airport.

Well, the Polderbaan runway is quite far from Schiphol airport. I heard the taxiway is already half an hour from the terminal.

Yeah, the Polderbaan is pretty annoying. When coming from the US this runway is mostly used. When you think: "I'm finally there" it turns out it takes another 25 minutes before you can leave the aircraft.

This is Nederland, a hamlet in Overijssel province, between Emmeloord and Steenwijk.
Because of it's name, the sign gets stolen all the time:

At least some people try to let people know that this is Nederland. The village is pretty remote though (for Dutch standards), it's on a narrow one lane road that ends in the middle of nowhere.
