I am not that good with Dutch, but I guess... the names are funny mix of words with hilarious meanings?

Yes, some times they are funny and sometimes a bit nasty. For instance the town I grew up in, is called Kaieschaiterstad during carnaval, which roughly translates as Rock Shitter City

Sometimes the name refers to an industry a town or city is/was famous for. Such as Lampegat (Eindhoven, lightbulbs) or Klompegat (Best, wooden shoes)

Veldhoven is Rommelgat and literally means clutterhole
Altere is just another name for Halsteren

A1/9 Diemen interchange

The Diemen motorway interchange (A1/A9) just outside Amsterdam will feature a new bypass for A1-A9 traffic. 18 lanes will cross the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal at this point.

Those two separated central lanes are HOV lanes?

Those are reversible lanes. There are no HOV lanes in the Netherlands, except for bus only lanes.

The central lanes on the (bottom picture) left are reversible lanes. So they're mainly to relieve rush hour traffic. Don't know what the weird lane in the middle on the right (of bottom picture) is. Might be a bus lane or a very weird reversible lane.

And there are no restrictions for using reversible lanes anywhere in the Netherlands?

No. The A1 reversible lane started its life as an HOV lane in 1993, but that did not last very long. It was opened to all traffic in 1994.

Edit:
There is a bus-only reversible lane on the N285 near Breda.

That bridge is existing, with 4+1+4+2 lanes. The center lane is a reversible lane, the 2 right lanes are bus lanes separate from the motorway. The new bridge won't feature bus lanes as it is a circumferential route.

The existing bridge will have reduced lanes, with a 3+1+3+2 setup. But the reduction of 2 lanes is compensated by 9 new lanes on the new bridge.

It will be a local road, which will be used by buses. But it's not a bus-only road according to the Tracébesluit (Record of Decision).

There also is a bus-only reversible lane on along the N236 between Purmerend and Amsterdam.

Yeah but on the render it doesn't show barriers on one side so that would mean oncoming traffic would only be seperated by two painted lines. I guess that's just a rendering error then, and that's why I thought it looked weird.

It will probably been drawn as a concrete barier, looks the same on the render!
