This rule has been cancelled, AFAIK.

I wouldn't hold my breath about Qatar not being able to host. They have 12 years to prepare.

Thats not to say the 2022 isn't a complete disgrace and England out so early for 2018 is a slap in the face to REAL football.

Qatar is half of Slovenia's size. All stadiums would be built in Doha. Group A will be played in Doha. Group B will be played in Doha. Group C will be played in Doha. Group D will be played in Doha. Group E will be played in Doha. Group F will be played in Doha. Group G will be played in Doha. Group H will be played in suburb of Doha. Training camps will be in skyscraper A. And skyscraper B. And skyscraper C. Etc till last letter. And there is few letters missing.

Nice.

Fans can fight just don't go, make Brazil or Russia your last world cup. Who the hell wants to watch football in 46c? Football players should retaliate, the best players could make some difference.

Many congratulations to Russia. As soon as reports from the England bid team made it apparent that England had been eliminated, I was really hoping that Russia would win. Delighted for them. They deserve it.

And I'm sure that they'll do a great job.

So which one of you did this?

From wikipedia.

Quote:
It was announced on the 2nd December 2010 by FIFA, that Qatar will not host the 2022 FIFA World Cup. .

It is generally believed that a desert is a great place for a World Cup during the Summer....

Who the **** is Qatar?

The Netherlands is notoriously transparent and incorruptible, so they never had a chance.

Put it into perspective.

England who take 100,000's of thousands of fans abroad, who have the biggest league in the world, who have introduced kick racism out of the game, introduced all seater stadiums and superior security then any other nation, who've continually funded these ******* cheats and we still dont get it.

What more is there to do then withdraw all funding and breakaway from FIFA with Australasia and Asian Countries. Most of Africa will then follow then we will see where these mugs are.

Qatar haven't even played in a world cup. Why should there people ever get to see a world cup ahead of 60 million Football loving English fans.

ITS A ******* DISGRACE.

Sadly I think thats what needs to happen, a massive withdrawl from FIFA by the major nations and the establishment of a new organisation.

You know, it's none of my business but why would a country with a population of 1.5 million build 12 stadiums able to serve over 600 thousand people is beyond me.

To be honest, I can't blame the FIFA delegates for voting the way they did. No-one wants to be force-fed crude oil or polonium 210, after all.

I'll still watch on TV, but there's NFW I'm shelling out cash to attend that one. I feel sorry for the players, it will be like being sent to hell for a month.
