The first project is fucking Amazing. It compliments Tid Tower perfectly not to mention how eyecatching it is.
The other 2 are boring.

I have one question though: Am i good or am i good?

So for the east side of the square we have only one tower left, the one left of Tid Tower and that side is complete. That's of course once the project is officially approved.

Nice. The Hajdin Sejdia hole is horrible. Glad they finally have designed the scrapers to be put on that place. I like the first variant the best, followed by the third.

As usual, let's hope this will go through. Do you know who the investor is?

So we have these 3 towers, TID, EOT and Archea and that's a total of 6 towers and if you include Polychromink as well that's seven

We have 4 more to go and this is just for Central Square.
We have more to come with our second skyline beyond the continuation of Main Boulevard.
Hey, there's a reason Tirana is the fastest growing city in the Balkans

I like the first variant however i dont see this project being implement while i am alive as a person so...

I am almost 100% sure that the first project is the Official project because in the swiss architect's website it was the main project in the Index.
To enter his website you had to click on that banner displayed above so that tells me that this has to be an Official project.
Let's just hope so

In the banner the building in the left in stripes is Tirana International Hotel.
There's a renovation project for that building done by Architecture Studio and it's illustrated below.
Picture that banner with this new rendition how cool it looks
