That second rendering is stunning! Heron looks so substaintial.
Do hope they keep the spire - we need some skyscrapers with spires. The cladding and design does remind me a bit of the World Tower in Sydney. |

About the asbestos thing - I can't believe it would take 3 years to get rid of it.
