HONG KONG | ICC | 484m | 1588ft | 108 fl | Com

International Commerce Center
http://www.shkp-icc.com/

At a soaring 118-storey height,
the International Commerce Centre (ICC) will be Hong Kong's latest distinctive landmark.
Designed by internationally acclaimed architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates,
ICC stands for uncompromising design and building quality, and is backed by Hong Kong's leading developer, Sun Hung Kai Properties.
Located at a key Harbour crossing point in West Kowloon, ICC will be the only integrated,
easily accessible Grade-A commercial and retail space along the Kowloon peninsula. ICC offers exceptional transportation
convenience - with commanding views of Hong Kong's distinctive skyline.
ICC encapsulates today's paradigm of modern living - from sumptuous retail locations to luxury boutique residences and
revitalizing green spaces. ICC will be completed in phases from 2007 to 2010. When complete, ICC will comprise of
2.5 million square feet of Grade-A offices, a 1-million square feet shopping mall, luxury residences and serviced apartments -
all accessible via MTRC's new Kowloon Station.

Tenant List(Confirmed):
  • Morgan Stanley (Asia Pacific Headquarter)
  • Credit Suisse (Asia Pacific Headquarter)
  • Deutsche Bank
  • ING Investment Management and ING Asia Pacific
  • ABN AMRO
  • China Haidian
  • EFG Bank
  • SNP Vite
  • Titan Resources
  • ICICI Bank(India’s second biggest),
  • Hana Bank(Korea)
  • GCL-Poly Energy(Hong Kong listed)
  • Shinhan Bank (Korea’s biggest)

The new Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong will be the tallest hotel in the world and there will be an infinity-edge pool on the top floor. The current record for the highest hotel pool is the infinity pool on the edge of the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, an open-air pool perched 55 stories up. Like the Marina Bay Sands, the Ritz-Carlton pool will also be an infinity pool, but it will be located indoors on the 118th floor.

The hotel in the making will be the flagship property for the Ritz-Carlton in Asia, occupying levels 102 to 118 of the International Commerce Centre. At the base of the ICC tower, the Elements shopping mall offers some of the finest luxury shopping in Hong Kong with brand names and international fashion brands fighting for space in this world-class location.

The building sits directly across Victoria Harbour and offers magnificent views of the harbor, Hong Kong Island and The New Territories. The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is set to open March of next year. Rates at the hotel will start at 4,500 HKD, or $580, a night.

Level 40 should be 164m. I am not one to argue but i need to know is 484m to the top floor, or are the glas blades what give it 484m??, i worked it out at 4.102m per floor
