How can you judge the podium when it's nowhere near finished? What you see in those pictures won't be the only cladding on the podium anyway.

the tower is so massive that it doesn't look like a structure with over 300m in the pics

That's also because the surrounding towers are also very tall.

The base facade only proofs that you're supposed to walk outside around the whole complex.
