The bottom end cladding on the left looks very ugly with something just sticks out. Hope it isn't going to look like that once it's done.

How many floors will follow in the upper zone? 14 or only 12, if floor slabs 104 and 114 get skipped?

And what's the height of the highest occupied floor? It would be perfect to have the observation deck up there... well, maybe the tenants of the upper floors demanded to have the highest places exclusively. But at least there'll be finally a chance for the non-business public to ascend a HK supertall, and almost 400 meters are not that bad for a view.

By the way: at 385 meters, ICC has just surpassed the structural heights of Empire State Building and Shun Hing Square, thus it has advanced to the world's tallest Top 10 (u/c buildings included)!
