One year ago it was 50 floors high. Quite slow construction with the missing floors there are less than 40 thats around 10 days for one floor Topping out in september, october?

Yes, it's not really extremely fast, but these floors are twice as big as in some other buildings, hehe...

this building is growing very fast...FINALLY...i know they had a schedule or phases that where planed...but its looking fantastic now.

Great building...really starting to show the rest of the Union Square residential dross up now though. US7 deserves much better neighbours I think!
