^i think so @ 464m, but burj al alam will have baths/pools near top which is about 470m up.

Outstanding! It's going to complement the tower on the other side of the harbour really well. I know I'm not the first person to say that, but I'm sure I'm not the last one to say it either

I love that Braemar Hill view looking toward rising Kowloon. Shame Hanoi doesn't stand out much from that particular angle in that pic. A few metres to either side and Bingo.

Did they build it opposite of the main skyline on purpose? The view from the top of the ICC is going to be fantastic.

Yes, it was done purposely on the two sections of recently reclaimed land to form a gateway into Victoria Harbour.
