its not cladding. the facade for the middle part hasnt started yet. its just curtain for light and laser show as you can see in these old photos:

I can't recall that light show coming off ICC in January. Must be quite new? Amazing!

^It starts to get the Star Wars-Coruscant look. So, if HongKong continues to build super hi-rises, Coruscant like city might become reality!

Wow...I don't no what to say except I want to be there, too.
Hong Kong is an amazing city. I think this the most beautiful Waterfront Skyline in the World. Yeah I love this city although I've never been there, yet.

The ICC is very nice. And it's great to see its construction.
I can't wait to see it finally completed

I once saw a report on TV which said that the Millennium Tower of Foster suppose to be build in Hong Kong now instead of the Tokyo Bay.
Well if they would build this Tower it even gonna beat the Burj Dubai.
Because its original design is about 1000 m!

Actually I think that the ICC will be the tallest in Hong Kong for a while.
Not for Ever.

It looks like the mega columns on the top 18 floors or so will disappear or resized. Note how they took away the formwork
