^thats because the core has topped out. but rest of tower is catching up.

Wow, I like this one, Stonecutter's Bridge Nina Tower (just barely), ICC, Center, IFC, BoC, CK, OIE, everything!

Saturation a bit too high though.

Check out the original photo in the link... it's even worse. I already changed some of the colouring in Paint.NET. Pretty clear view though. But it's one of those rare shots where you get to see almost everything.

^actually its 102 but in reality its about 92 floors above ground atm. with another 16 to go,which is actually 14 (floors 104 and 114 wont be added).
thus out of 118 floors, it will consist of 106 above grd. (12 omitted due to unlucky4).

WoW the cladding has already reached the half of the tower. How is the steel part of the tower. Is it progressing steadily?
