^yes it will have highest restaurant and hotel rooms. but i think 501m Burj al alam will have highest pool. it has one on rooftop.

I think it's the speed of construction he is getting at. If you come from a city like Perth for example where it takes forever to build anything because of unions and labour shortages etc construction speed in a place like HK is mind boggling.

shit they build things quick in china ! they should be proud of themselves ! Australia should have a good hard look at themselves when it comes to the time it takes to construct over here ! Shameful !

That steel runs the whole height of the tower and is encased in concrete.

God those white towers in the foreground are the dullest towers I've ever seen. (The blue ones too, the only thing that saved them is the blue)
