Those (steel/concrete/steel rebar) combined columns that extend all the way from the bottom to the top of the tower, how much weight in kgs per inch can they resist?

The whole union square complex, despite how ugly it is close up, is really developing quite a few new angles to enjoy HK's skyline in silhouette.

If only the Harbourside and Arch were actually replaced with normally proportioned skyscrapers we could be on to a winner. Oh, and Sorrento is pretty damned ugly too.

I don't think they're ugly per se... I AM glad that they are very unique. We all know how typical residential developments can look in Hong Kong.

And Sorrento is sexy what are you talking about lol.

The buildings might not look as good in other cities, but I think they fit right in in HK.

No, it's in Central Plaza which is the building in the distance with the golden stripes and the huge spire.
