Don't think the Gateway project is real. I've seen it being discussed over the years but haven't picked up among the local press on it.

New World's project is under fire for its height being so close to the harbour. The final height is likely going to be lower.

Both the Gateway 3 and The New World Centre project has been approved by the goverments years ago which are still valid today.

Height restriction is implement on Tsim Sha Tsui a few months back.
Most of the area are restricted to ~120mPD while 378.6mPD for Gateway3 site and 265mPD for NWC due to the approved plan.

Gateway3 is not dead and the Developers already got approval on it.
It's just a matter of time for it to come into reality.

And the 265mPD of the NWC is the approved. A NW Development CEO said it's hard not to build as high as the goverment approved one (265mPD).

I'm not being impatient but how many floors does this tower rise on average per week?

This project is taking a long time... but quality over speed I say!

From what we have seen thus far, ICC will be finished to the highest quality. I am really keen to see how this stunner will be lit up. I hope they keep it simple.

You really don't need to know how to write / read Chinese or speak Cantonese in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is fully bilingual. If you know English, you'll be fine
