you'll be shaking a lot with many bumps on the surface. But skiing on it in the winter would be better though. (fall around 470 metres from the top of the tower then vertically down the tower, then fly off 40 metres at the bottom.

This thing is starting to look more like the end product, the roof top getting flatter now, and soon the floor plates overtake the core.

Time for all Kowloon to rise High...

It need a dozen supertalls(300-400m), and a swarm of tall buildings(100-300m) to equal Central Hong Kong

Maybe a 500-600m megatall in center would be awesome

A megatall middle of Tsim Sha Tsui would be nice and surrounded by 300m buildings..

Far enough from ICC, and under 600m, too tall would unbalance HK skyline.

Hong Kong needs more postcard shots like this. One of the world's most beautiful harbours.

They need to redevelop (what I think is) Whampoa Garden (though of course I know that won't happen soon), such an eyesore from this angle, part of the reason why I vehemently oppose massive housing estates (Laguna City in Lam Tin is an another...)

It would be great to redevelop much of YTM, and in fact, much of Kowloon, but we all know it's not gonna happen in a short amount of time.
