Why is it on ICC when they progress with cladding they don't do it floor by floor but leaving 1 floor gap between each floors when cladding?

You should look at it a bit better then you will see that they first put the cladding on the floor plates and after that they put in the glass from the floor to the ceiling to close it down. What you see now on the latest pictures are only 2 floors that they are putting the cladding on.

does anybody know exactly which floor it is at? I see it everyday but there aren't any labels at the top (at least from HK island I can see nothing...)

How tall is the Hanoi Rd project? Is it 3rd tallest in HK?

Another question, if HK-Shenzhen were considered one city, what would the top 10 look like?
