I love seeing the slightest slendering of the tower towards the top, cladding nearing 50% complete. Or has it passed half way?

Is there any doubt whatsoever that mountains make the best backdrop for a skyline?

What's that tallish building to the right of Langham? The one that's got a light on top of it

I think it is that residential building near Kowloon Tong (I think it is near Broadcast Drive).

You can also see Nina Tower in that pic. All blue and shiny!

looks like the floors are 2 floors away from leveling with the top of the core. Maybe its been like that for long time now.

Is ICC at victoria harbour or is the ground its standing on called something different? and it looks isolated as well, hopefully they build more supertalls on that side of the river in the future.

The "river" is Victoria Harbor, it's the body of water between the two sides of the shore. The piece of land ICC stands on is called West Kowloon, the entire chunk (included the barren bits) is reclaimed land, it didn't exist about 10-15 years ago.

In the current architectural climate of HK, I highly doubt any supertalls will spring up in the near future

MegaTower, New World Hotel, and another block on Hanoi Road are the only ones I've heard of.
