thanx very much aboveday, I've been waiting for some close ups on the progress on top. Still 4 or 5 more floors on top with supercolumns not concretised (or however you say it) btw does the megacolumns for this tower consist of steel beam+rebar+concrete or without rebars?

i know its opinion

but pls dont talk about this kind of thing

different systems kind of divide a country up if u understand what i mean and u are falling for it

With rebars. The column changed into steel ones for the top floors.

that could possible a reason, but tall buildings like ICC these days usually does equip with a damp system on the top to stabilize the building.

i think there are several reasons that could be...

1) top structure itself doesn't need any massive column to support the building anymore. steel beams and frames are still relatively lighter than building another ten to fifteen floors of concrete. the lighter weight on the top also lower the load applying down below.

2) as i remember correctly, there is an atrium inside, and the steel frame allows to load the building and carry from the outside frame instead of hang the floors from the core.

Does ICC's ground floor start quite high up? it looks like its much higher than the surrounding grounds, like its built on a bump.
