i love this tower. a very modest design. it has harmony with the whole city. unlike shanghai, i think it's pretty ****ed up.

its quite amazing this will just be a fraction shorter than swfc. however, i hate that it has to stand next to harbourside and the arch, which being so tall already reduce the sense of scale between tall and supertall. Not to mention how FAT harbourside is

As bland as Harbourside and The Arch are, I think they complement ICC quite well if you look at the whole Union Square development as a single project.
