steel frame for top of skyscraper seems to be the new trend with megatall towers.
Burj Dubai, SWFC,Jin mao,Guangshou west,ICC. the list goes on., seems the top 1/4 of a tower is best structrally if its steel? lots of movement. its lighter.

Great video! Unfortunately, I didn't see any construction process except the cranes moved around a lot on that video.

That was probably done in only in a few days time, so not surprised you don't see the building rising. However, it's still amazing to see the constructions continued with such bad weather went by days after days. The crane operators must be blinded up there.
