when i was in hong kong, the last year i saw the construction of this magnificent tower in kowloon, in that moment i dont know nothing about this tower and i asked to many people for the name of this tower, and nobody told nothing, know i want to back to hong kong and i will see this tower when is terminated.

Been in the lobby twice now. You wouldn't know there was still construction going on above. Totally finished and very smart. Morgan Stanley already moved in. It connects to the shopping centre (very upscale) and MTR station with very nice elevator lobbies.
Got shooed away for looking at the outside from the perimeter. Seems the security guards are scared of things falling on you, Some welding is being done after dark.

Culwalla-what is JHC and ESB on your list?

This will bring some much needed vibrancy to the area once fully occupied. Elements is a great shopping centre but so isolated and quiet at the moment. The underground PT connections are great.

I believe IFC2 also saw phased-in use as the bottom floors were finished first and tenants moved in while workers continued working on the upper floors.

I think what he is trying to say is that when he was last in Hong Kong, he was interested in finding out more about ICC because he saw it there but nobody he asked knew much about the building. Now that he's got a good idea of what's going on due to this thread, he is looking forward to seeing it in its completed state next time he's in Hong Kong.
