Architecturally speaking I think ICC is wonderful building. The tail, the mass and how the facade 'seperates' at the top...I can't wait until this building is finished.

great whoami
i would call T/0 the top of steel truss which is RL486m or 480m above grd!
above this is the thin membrane parapet structure which encircles the roof and reaches a further 3m. yes this is where is height is but the "superstructure" is where the steel truss finishes or 480m level.
