The best thing about building?

It's ******* massive, but it doesn't overwhelm you (considering how massive it is) because it's only noticeable from some angles.

That is just a photo I was able to find online, so it's not taken by me. I'm not in HK at the moment, although I'd love to visit again soon.

Nice view from your toilet!

I agree. However those rusting houses in the foreground are cons for the view

Well it is just under half a km high so I guess that's not really suprising! It'd seem alot taller if it wasn't for the huge surrounding buildings of Union Square tho.
Loving seeing the parapet framework going up btw

I don't know, I'm just assuming it must come out as this structure cannot be missed by people.

Thats what I love about Hong Kong...I mean the Centre in Central is a massive tower in its own right (probably in the top 20 tallest in the world) and yet it seems very comfortable on the HK Island skyline...IFC 2 is obviously massive but again looks comfortable. The Cheung Kong Centre is no slouch either...

The Hanoi Road project, however, is a little isolated in my view but that area will devlop in time!

The cladding on this looks brilliant. And what a great view from your toilet - shame about the groggy building in the foreground!

har har!! yes, i very like going to the toilet! every morning thats the first thing i look at, the ICC view by my toilet. and checks whether it has changed overnight. ..but i dont live in the slums, okey. i hate those old buildings around our new building. it degrades our view. but thanks to the 'Urban Renewal'. slowly old buildings have been renovated, but they look too 'colourful' after the renovation.

anyway heres some pics taken last 13 April (Easter Holiday), on my way to Cheung Chau by ferry. it was about to rain. taken at noontime.

after the strong rain, and showering the ICC, the claddings glow nicely. taken before sunset.

taken this morning from the bus to work - 17 April, 09

i'll find a better spot next time to get a nice angle of the "Harbour Gateway"
