Perhaps some Caspian Sea caviar ... wait ... they still fish those out anymore?

The view from Aqua is quite good. The service and food were great as well. The servers actually cared about the patrons and the quality of the food!

Chicago may be famous for architecture, but it terms of skyline Hk is one of the more famous ones ranking up there with New York. Seems like the only place where skylines are really built are in high end Asian cities and well infrastructured North American cities

With the amount you're paying, I'd be mighty pissed off if they didn't care.

Mind you, it's good to hear Aqua is good - I fancy making a trip some time. I had the impression it was all hype and no substance (much like this new one), but almost every review I've heard has been positive.

Is it actually proper Japanese-Italian infused fusion (which, at least in my mind, would be a very impressive concotion that is worth delving into), or is it Japanese and Italian served seperately (which would be disappointing, but if it's good, what the hell)?

Lmao HK$50000 (US +-625) is like what most Hong Kong people averagely earn every month! Just can't believe how rich people are sometimes @[email protected]

I had Italian. I recall the Japanese restaurant / bar is on the other side facing Kowloon.

Indeed spectacular. But in my personal opinion, Hong Kong is becoming even more amazing. Almost nothing seems to be going up in NYC.

Shanghai has done a lot from scratch, more avantgarde now. but nothing beats the combination of mountains and skyscrapers and harbor like HK.

Don't get too cocky. After the recession clears up we'll have a total of 4 supertalls going up

What a beautiful photo! The composition is just breathtaking ... Hong Kong in all it's glory. Not many skylines in the world that can match this IMO.
