It's not that easy to be honest! Preferably you are not on your own since it gets really dark in places. I normally take an easier viewpoint but lately I have been lucky to have met other photographers a few times now.

Thanks!

What camera did you use on that, Ribarca? It seems like it's not just an ordinary Digital Camera? Is it a Nikon D### something?

It's a Canon 5DII! Paired with one of the sharpest lenses there is the Canon 70-200 f/4 IS. I feel the lens is as important as the camera.

Good idea. We still had this planned. I feel Beacon hill is even better than Lion rock.

Wow, 5D Mk II...great camera. I think most DSLRs have good sensors and image processing abilities, so nowadays the lens might be MORE important than the camera.

I have a 40D and a Tamron 17-50 f/2.8, it's my second and current favourite lens. Mainly because it's cheaper than the Canon 17-55.

SSC is going to have to get ready once hkskyline joins the DSLR bandwagon.

I did join the DSLR bandwagon, but I just need to figure out the settings right.

I agree. The lens you use is so important. The more pixels you get the more you witness when you zoom in fully how bad some of the corners of a wide angle are.

Whoami...why are you like this...? These picture postcard images are absolutely critical to this thread - they are marvellous! There is no need to be facetious about it.
