I agree. The top is definitely looking better with the glass fin extensions.

Been partially open since last year. Construction continues as tenants gradually occupy the floors underneath.

BTW, does anyone actually live at Harbourside? The building is always pitch black. Have they reserved most of the properties for when the market picks up?

it doesnt look any darker than the other appartment buildings in the city

I guess its not that dark yet and most people are still out or at work.

I guess he means half of it is dark still until they fix the upper part. I can't wait to stay in the Ritz with a view on the city.

I would like to add more pics. At the moment you can't even see the building however. The pollution is back big time.

I wonder what the findings are when occupancy occurs during construction. Is it more efficient or cost saving or could it be dangerous and unjust. Will future building construction be done the same way or not.....???

The Habourside is completed in 2003, in the past 6 years, only 400 out of 1122 apartments is sold.


And 99% of that 400 are sea-view apartments.
