Nice picture, Looks finished. Too bad for the elevator acident though, that's something that will always be associated with the building.

What are the buildings next to ICC?
Are they residential?

Yes. Residential I believe. I know some people who live in the building immediately next door in that latest image.

@JKA

Apart from design I think for safety reasons. buildings are prevented against
collapsing due to fire or terrorist attacks like the impact on 911.
Therefore they are equiped with safety floors.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I noticed in this photo that cladding not only reached the heighest point, but also looks complete...
The status of ICC tower is almost complete?

Lots of interior work left to go. Only the bottom 1/3 of the building is occupied, and the exterior fixtures such as lighting, etc. are not there yet. But in the daytime it looks complete.

Local news had indicated the Ritz-Caltron on the top floors won't open until end of 2010.
That show how much interior works have to be done before the building can be called completed.

This morning. I made a whole series. This is one. I was a bit late as the moon just dissappeared. Apparently a sunrise of 6.30 means it gets lighter a bit earlier in reality.

Yea, that first one is a bit heavy on the saturation. Love the 2nd one.
