It depends on the angle you take it from ofcourse. Viewed from the TST promenade BoC is not blocked. But you're unlikely to see much of ICC from TST promenade whilst trying to take a pic of the main HK skyline.

But then Central Plaza is blocked in this case.

Since most of our forumers gave their votes to Design D of the New Gov HQ, thus Design D is added.
WKCD is not included since the whole plan is under review

The West Kowloon Promenade .. by far the best place on land to see both Union Square's towers and the rest of the skyline.

I just saw something on that rendering that I am not familiar with... Something really tall far left of that rendering... What bulding is that?

I believe that's Highcliff. Apartment tower built in 2003. Someone correct me if I'm wrong! :P

He said it's to the left, not to the right. So yes, you are wrong.

Errr...that's Highcliff/Summit to the left.

Hanoi is not visible in that rendering.
