That's true. It zooped up a while ago. They must be working on other parts of the tower and/or doing some reconfiguring that is taking time.

The cladding really is beautiful.

Because it is, the whole area is still largely under development, not many people go there, I didn't even know how to get out onto the street last time I was there.

base on the hugh shadow, the Google Earth picture is taking at the morning, it may be the reason why so quiet.

That whole area is quiet to start. When the sun shines brightly during midday and the afternoon, the poor souls stay inside their air-conditioned paradises and would not be spotted on the street.

does that say R3? if so, its the 3rd plant level abov lev77, so next level should be 78. or 306m/1000ft.
