I wish something similar in design could be built where the Hanoi Road Project is. The location is much more central and it would be much more noticeable amongst much shorter buildings. Kowloon needs a few more supertalls spread out.

To do with funding and more specifically the difference between commercial and government funding. I think the canopy itself would have cost 40% or something like that of the entire budget of the whole arts + museum project.

I was thinking of having laser beams on top of ICC and IFC shooting towards each other and create an arch effect. It would be so damn cool...

About 7 miles away from Penny Bay (Disney Hong Kong.)
Everything else still stands out in the skyline.

commercial and safety...

the cladding will stop at Mech flr and it will be sealed right there. bottom floors will be occupied then.

Once everything starts running, it is not going to start. So does it mean the tower will stop at the Mech Flr forever? I don't think so. Therefore, "commercail and safety..." are very questionable reasons.
