great to see it coming along even if the progress seems slow.

one question i'd like to ask is that when i was in hong kong last march i noticed that strange grey/yellow building in the last pic on the previous page, the one that looks like a transformer robot! couldn't help wonder what it is? what's it's purpose?

Hanoi Road Redevelopment project by URA. The building is a mix of commercial, hotel and serviced apartment.

I don't see a yellow/grey building in the last pic on the previous page, unless you're on about Hanoi Road?
