The video says that "the installation of curtain wall may be completed by the end of the year and the tile plane(?) can be removed shortly after . So in early next year , all the construction work of the project will be concentrated in the interior part of the upper zone"

Does it mean that the building will be structurally completed in early 2008 ? Also with the curtain wall up to level 118 ?

But it seems impossible .....

100% Correct!
The Executive Director of the developer Victor Lui promised that the tower will be topped out by early 2008 cos many tenants concern about the condition of the construction site when they move in.

It's hard to believe that the ICC is already 300m tall. On this photo it looks a lot smaller, but that's probably only because the neighbouring 'Harbourside' Towers are so huge.

Harbourside is wide, but not equally "thick".

It is 300m already? yeah it doesn't look that tall, maybe its just the way the photo was taken. to put it in perspective, the BoC building is 305 m excluding the spire and that always look tall and dominating.

Wow, so many people agree that ICC doesn't look that tall(300m), which means Hong Kong is really "tall"(besides the fact that ICC is very wide).

HKIA CPD Site Visit: International Commerce Centre (ICC) was successfully held on 16 June 2007, and was well-attended by around 30 participants.
