About 300m height or 287m height for the Phare tower ?
But the Phare tower is smaller than the Generali tower (320m)...

Shukie, the picture you posted shows T1 tower, nothing to do with Phare (construction have not yet started).

What do you mean 'not very high'? You have posted that in the Generali thread too. Now I am certainly not the biggest fan of these designs, far from it, but they are bigger than anything in San Francisco. And it's Paris. What do you want, 500m, even 600m towers that would totally dominate the entire city? Because I don't think that's what Paris wants at the moment.

I live in Courbevoie La Défense and I can say that a lot of people in Paris doesn't want a 600m tower (unfortunately... )

I totally agree.

Paris is trying to be too unique.

Yep! I like that logo too although everyone had a big go at it.
By the way: it's trying to be unique too, wouldn't you agree?

I really love this design! Good for Paris. I'd nick it for Canary Wharf like a shot...

And it's a hell of a lot better-looking than the Tour Generali. To say the least.

Personnaly I prefer the Tour Generali. Love its vegetal inserts, and its top.

I'm not sure if I really like the updated version - it loses its 'puritey' with the small section which sticks out on the bottom-right.
