Wow, those pictures just made me speechless. They are just amazing great job Retro and Victor! I m very glad to see good ol' Trump starting to rise once again. From Victors pictures it really gives you a nice sense of how the building is starting so effect the skyline from different angles. What is the floor count and height?

Chicago is a gorgeous city and this skyscraper will be another trophy in the city's skyline. I used to think New York had the best skyline with Chicago in the #2 position, but I am not so sure anymore ...

How is it that they are able to clad the area below exterior elevators so soon where as on projects like shanghai WFC and burj dubai this is done last??

internal elevators? maybe the hotel floors (which I believe is done) have different elevators then the top half?

isnt it because there opening the hotel soon. they cant have rooms without windows, well i wouldnt pay for a freezing non stop breeze :P

At the moment we can see the construction of this beauty in the Discovery channel program 'extreme engineering' here in the Netherlands.
