Nice. Level 78 or 291 meters i think. Not much way left to be a supertall.

why don't the build four more to make them to a hundred? How did they decide 96 is enough? 100 would've been more astounding don't you think

May 05 - Lunch

The elevator by the river

An unfinished hallway.

Possibly finished - I see kids balls, and kids, getting stuck back here.

Structural glass - the panels perpindicular to the wall appear to be one piece with the wall panels anchoring to them.

inside

outside

Garage ramp from upper Wabash

The Trump Orginazation and newspapers quote the tower as being 92 floors.

Emporis and the city state 96 floors which is why the thread says 96 floors. The 4 level difference comes from the 4 mezzanine levels in the tower which we count as floors. The elevators stop there and the square footage is counted.

the massing of the design is really simple and very pleasing. it becomes more apparent as the building gets taller

^ Good find. I've already posted this on a different thread, but I'm posting it here too because it gives an idea IMO of how Trump is filling out the skyline. From last weekend, at the 31st St Beach, to the SE of The Loop:
