Is the spire of this tower gonna be pushed up from beneath like Burj dubai's or helicoptered like CN tower's ?

^i dont think so. it will be a few segments hoisted up by crane i imagine.

real "bladerunner" shot. just imagine other towers like Spire adding to the cityscape. wow

Then it'll look almost like from scienfiction movies ... the only missing thing is the little sky ports from those skyscrapers that can eject those individual air plans into the middle of the air I hope that will happen soon
