I was referring to the image quality - I've been through quite a collection of cameras.

you guys are both right. It is the photographer that makes the picture, but lets not kid ourselves, I couldnt have gotten that zoom, with that quality, from an average point and shoot.

Is this building topped out?? The renderings show another four floors +/- once it takes that shape change. Any thoughts?

yes it has reached 92nd floor or 345m. The 12m high circular turret will soon rise from cnr to reach 357m high. then spire will be attached to reach 415m or 3m above sears observation deck.
