Thanks Fish . I wish I was the one that took that pic but it was from mycityofblindinglights on flickr. I see 5 buildings under construction, if I had to guess, I'd say that maybe you didn't notice Waterview

Actually i dont think it is hard to believe, trump has very beautiful buildings aside from the ones in Jersey City, i just find it hard to believe he built one in chicago after all the ones he has in NYC

The subway does not go under it, although some of the old freight tunnels did they have probably been filled in.
They're still there, just sealed off for the common folk. But they carry various cables....fibe, electricity, and etc. Maybe other utilities...like gas...I'm not sure, the tunnels are owned by com ed.

The NYC been giving Trump a hard time about building the supertall he wants. I'm sure they'll let him one of these day but NIMBA can't stand him. They've killed every supertall he comes up with. But knowning Trump that wont stop him he might build in Queens.
