I think this building will be an exclamation point on the river-centric development over the last couple decades. That is, unless the Chi Spi is built.

Wow. That's going to be an absurdly dramatic view of Trump when it's finished. Like the Florence duomo looming over the end of a tiny little street, but with everything massively stretched out vertically.
