Your pictures are beautiful, why can't New York be more like this? Chicago has cleaner streets and more breathing space between the towers.

This is my favorite project in the United States, aside from the Freedom Tower.

Because NY isn't like Chicago? And vice versa. If everything was the same there would be nothing special.

Love the pics btw. I loooove how this building is coming out. Beautiful glass and it looks better than the renderings. This is probably my favorite residential construction going up right now. Can't wait for it to come out that next setback because then is this baby gonna really grow.

The site placement is beautiful, reflecting the river. But the design is too usual.

I agree. That shot is destined to become iconic Chicago when the tower is complete. The El tracks, Wabash Street and a supertall at the end. Amazing.

Absolutely perfect post, you hit the nail right on the head; Both cities are amazing and are not just unique between the two, but also unique together in that very few other cities can compare with NYC and Chicago in terms of both their skylines and their respective urbanity as well. This building will also make the skyline even better when it's completed; already it fits in quite nicely with it's surroundings, imagine how great it will be when it's finished!
