Donald Trump has buildings everywhere, but I wonder how many he actually owns? I'm sure some of them he just puts his name on it with someone else owning it.

I just watched The Dark Knight, which I got for Christmas, and I cant believe how much this building has grown since filming, heck, since I saw it in theaters even. Hopefully it will grow a little more.

I like the spire like that, it adds a kind of "wait, is it done yet? Is that the complete spire?" sort of feeling to the building. It adds some mystery

yeah, it does look interesting, reminiscent of Sears Tower's stubs where the antennas would eventually be placed.

some Christmas spirit there, typical of America (good thing)

I can't wait until they get rid of the external elevator system.

Weather report for tomorrows spire lift says rain, fog, and 20mph winds. But also warms temps in the 40s. I don't think the chances are good, but maybe sunday will be calmer.

Inside pictures

Anyone know anybody that has closed on a condo. Looking to see if the inside and views from the condo are as good as the outside.

Nice.

A pretty cold pic with some snow and the steam above the water.

in case you dont know it yet, installation canceled today once again cause of bad weather. Seems like the Chicago Weather God doesnt like the idea of a Spire on top of Trump, lol.

I was in Chicago for Christmas and was impressed by the change that Trump brought to the skyline. I only got to see it from the Dan Ryan and Eisenhower, but it brings a prominent new face to the skyline. It was really cool to be there in person to view this tower instead of vicariously through your guys photos.

Great pics as always Harry!

I've been monitoring this morning to see if the spire was being installed and unfortunately it is not. The picture below was taken from Howard Orloff webcam about 5 minutes ago, which works very well to see if the spire is being installed:

I recently had dinner at Trump where we had to valet the car. Upon leaving it took the valet a few extra minutes to bring my car around so they gave my girlfriend and I a nice bottle of Voss water to drink.

Now, I have had to valet my car in Chicago probably over 1000 times and this kind of service has NEVER been experienced on my part. Can anyone else speak to this level of service anywhere other than Trump Tower?

Impressed.
