Nope, that's not it either. If anything, it may be the building we can barely see in the very far right of the picture.

The spire is not completed yet, I thought it was supposed to be done within a couple of weeks of its installation but it looks like plans were changed. Just a guess but the weather may have had something to do with it. The spire is at its full height but it still needs its fiberglass covering.

?
Actually, 300 N Lasalle is not even in this photo, unless the structure in the tree limbs at the far right edge of the photo is it. 300 N Lasalle is west of the Trump and the photo is taken from the northwest, so it is impossible for building to be left of the trump in the photo.

If anyone would like to see what some of the condos look like on the inside, you can check Chicago real estate listings.

There are 50 listings, most have stock photos, some have actual photos of the units. You'll have to browse a little to find good pictures.

http://www.mlsfinder.com/il_mlsni/be...207acf6&npp=10

Here is one with actual photos of the unit.

I'm a little disappointed. They don't look all that fancy, but the views are cool.

Cold weather delaying finishing touches on Trump Tower spire
January 29, 2009
by Blair Kamin

It's been nearly four weeks since January 3 when a helicopter lowered the structural undergirding for Trump Tower's spire into place. As you may recall, the gray fiberglass shell of the spire was supposed to be installed by now. And that meant--tah dah!--that we were finally going to see how this skyscraper really meets the sky...

Fortunately it's just the cold weather. I was afraid that Trump Tower was affected from the crisis.

I like this unit but I am shocked that they came up with really ugly fireplace. They could do much better on fireplace part. The rest of it look good.
