spectre000, I think they haven't quite finished that section due to some work still pending.

I could be wrong, though. Maybe someone here has got the official plans of that secton!

This building, although very modern, has an almost Art Deco look about it. (It's streamlined).

Am I the only person who thinks this?

wow it looks really tall in the last picture. Unbelievable that the burj dubai has twice the height of this one.
