Wow. 16 ft ceilings? Outrageously priced at $2100/sq ft, the floor space could be doubled by adding a floor in between to bring the cost down to @ $1000 per square foot.

And the resulting ceiling heights would still be as good as on Aqua's apartment floors.

I dont think so that all the apartments in Trump Tower, the ceilings are 16-ft height...

Incorrect. If you split a 16' height in 2, the result is each floor coming in under 8' which is not very livable.

Also, isn't the ceiling height at Aqua 9'?

8' is the usual ceiling height for residences, be it apartments, condos, houses, etc...

9, 10, 12 foot ceilings or higher are typically in more upscale residences.
