I work down the street on Wabash. From my vantage point it looks like the transfer floor is either almost complete or it is completed. This Tower is a great addition to the city

Yes it has, ZZ-II. These pictures were taken exactly seven weeks apart. The first is from June 1 and the second is from April 13. It's not much, but at least it's moving again.

Why does the glass on the ramp not match the rest of the glass on the building?

I'm starting to like ramp cladding too. It starting look little more attractive than I would expect.
