That is very interesting view on this picture. If you look up from the ground, its look fabulous! If you look down at that building from another buildings, its look bad.

as far as i know a "balcony" is an outdoor space covered by another balcony or roof, and a "terrace" has nothing but open sky above--although i think in this case setback is probably the appropriate term. i could be wrong... anyone care to back me up on this?

I just dont see this building being completed by 2008 as planned.


Maybe 2009 at the earliest.

I've seen the floor plans in their sales package and it stated that setback is a private terrace. Something like 6000 squre feet! I wanted to call and see if that was actually true. Seems insane.
