Thank you for the great photos and frequent updates. I am from Toronto and I enjoy watching this building being built from a distance.

The Trump Tower Toronto is also being scaled back but the good news is after a very long wait construction is now set to start in September.

Whoever is responsible for the storage and staging of the construction materials for this project is doing a wonderful job. It is such a clean looking site!

One thing that has been puzzling me is why is that water being sprayed across the river just east of Michigan Av? I was in Chicago a couple of times over the past week (watched the fireworks on Tuesday night from upper-level Randolph by the Harbor Point tower ) and saw it, as well as last Friday evening, and it was turned off at around 2300 both nights.

The fountain is to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago. I think it goes off every hour for 8 minutes.

No it won't be close, but it will become the second tallest in Chicago, passing Aon. This is of course until Spire is completed. http://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?c4

I dont know the heights but I know the floor of every setback.

First setback, floor 18
Second, floor 29
Third, floor 52
Fourth, 88. (very small setback)

Not sure if that helps you.
