sometimes the glass looks ghastly, sometimes it looks great. drives me crazy... looks like they're going to make the park something well worth visiting. i think chicago's embracing of the ground level retail and park is going to go a long way in making this a positive addition to chicago the city as opposed to chicago the skyline.

Possibly not, a lot of people buy into the Trump brand because it is just that, it is a Trump building, it has name and prestige; where we can't relate is that some people don't buy condos because it's the tallest building in the Western hemisphere (that's more of a stumbling block for a lot of people), but because of the name, location and amenities...not because it is an "archritectual wonder." In the end, I doubt there will be much self-loathing, because of many factors that deal with realestate.

No, the bottom portion is, they are Marina City condos. The parking ends at the gap 1/4 the way up the tower. They were finished in 1964 and

it sure is natural! except for the flow, which was reversed to flow west in 1900. and its really not that clean, but is much, much better than it used to be.
