This is not uncommon, in fact it is extremely rare to find glass without a warped reflection. This is mainly due to the fact that it is near impossible to produce a pane of glass that is completely straight. This and when placed in a frame, the windows will compress and bend ever so slightly thus giving it the warped reflection.

Glass melts with time too, even if it takes centuries, but it melts.
Brendan is right, the slightest imperfection gives dramatic warping effects.
And if you can see cladding reflecting entire building images, it's because of the random warping effect on each panel.

The glass is also meant to expand and contract, on heating and cooling. While appearing straight up-close, it's actually bending in all directions being an amorphous material (non-crystalline).
